Pete Dunne
Called by the Wall Street Journal “The Bard of Birding” he is author of numerous books, including Hawk-watch, A Guide for Beginners; Hawks in Flight: A Guide to Identification of Migrant Raptors (co-authored with Clay Sutton); The Feather Quest; Before the Echo: Essays on Nature; Tales of a Low-Rent Birder; More Tales of a Low-Rent Birder; The Wind Masters: Lives of North American Birds of Prey; Pete Dunne’s Essential Field Guide Companion; and The Art of Pishing. and PETE DUNNE ON BIRDING. Pete is well-known for his columns and contributions to publications such as American Birds, Birding, Living Bird, Wildlife Conservation, and WildBird.
Pete and his wife Linda, who is an accomplished birder, author, and photographer, will be escorting a Caribbean Conservation Trust group to Cuba in April, 2018with CCT lead ornithologist Michael Good and our Cuban team.
